知之 隐私政策
「知之」是一款运行在你自己电脑上的 AI 编程助手。本政策说明它会在你的电脑上保存什么、会向哪里发送数据，以及我们是否会收集你的信息。
一、我们不收集什么
- 我们不运营账号系统，使用知之不需要注册或登录。
- 我们不会收集、上传或查看你的对话内容、代码、文件、命令输出和 API 密钥。
- 知之默认不内置数据统计、广告或崩溃上报组件。
二、保存在你电脑上的数据
以下数据只保存在你自己的电脑上，我们无法访问：
- 对话记录和项目信息；
- 软件设置、窗口状态；
- 你填写的模型服务商 API 密钥（以文件形式保存在你的用户目录中）；
- 运行日志（用于排查问题，不会自动上传。你选择“导出日志”时才会生成文件，且由你决定是否发送给我们）。
数据位于你的用户目录下的 .config\zhizhi、.local\share\zhizhi、.cache\zhizhi 文件夹以及应用数据目录。卸载软件后，你可以手动删除这些文件夹以清除全部数据。请注意保管你的电脑，避免他人读取这些文件。
三、数据会发送到哪里
知之本身没有服务器来接收你的数据。使用过程中，数据只会在你主动配置或触发的情况下发送到以下对象：
- 你选择的大模型服务商。你发送的提示词、对话上下文，以及你让智能体读取的文件内容和命令输出，会发送给你自己配置的模型服务商（例如 DeepSeek、阿里云、OpenAI 等）。这些数据由该服务商按其自己的条款和隐私政策处理，我们无法看到。请在发送前确认内容可以提交给该服务商，不要把密码、密钥等敏感信息交给模型。
- 你要求访问的网址或外部工具服务（MCP）。只有当你让智能体抓取网页、或自行配置了外部工具服务时才会发生。
- 联网搜索。当智能体需要查询实时信息（例如天气、新闻、最新文档）时，会调用联网搜索，把搜索关键词发送给第三方搜索服务 Exa（exa.ai）；Exa 不可用时，改为发送给微软必应（Bing）国内版（cn.bing.com）。搜索请求由你的电脑直接发出，不经过我们的服务器，由这些服务按其各自的隐私政策处理。目前该功能默认开启，请不要在提问中包含你不愿意发送给第三方的敏感信息。
- 网络诊断。连接模型服务出现异常时，知之可能会尝试连接我们的官网（
zhizhi.zzxytech.com），必要时还有百度（www.baidu.com），用来判断网络是否被电脑上的安全软件拦截。这些连接只做网络握手，不发送你的对话、文件或任何个人信息。 - 开源工具的下载。首次使用部分语言的代码服务时，软件可能从公开的开源软件发布站点（如 GitHub）下载语言服务器等开发工具。此类请求不包含你的对话或文件内容。
- 更新检查（仅官网下载版）。官网下载的安装版会向
zhizhi.zzxytech.com检查是否有新版本，该请求与访问任何网站一样会让服务器看到你的 IP 地址、软件版本和系统类型。通过 Microsoft Store 安装的版本由 Microsoft Store 负责更新，不会发出这类请求。 - 帮助页面。你点击“帮助”时，会在浏览器中打开我们的帮助页面。
四、AI 生成内容与操作权限
- 回复由第三方大模型生成，可能不准确或不完整，请自行判断和核实。
- 知之的智能体可以在你选定的项目文件夹中读取、修改文件并运行命令。默认情况下，执行命令或修改文件前会请求你的确认；你可以在设置中改变这一行为。请在开启“自动接受权限”前确认风险，并对重要文件做好备份。
五、未成年人
知之面向开发者和有编程需求的成年用户，不面向未满 14 周岁的未成年人。
六、政策变更
我们可能更新本政策。更新后的版本会发布在本页面，并更新页首的生效日期。

Zhizhi Privacy Policy
Zhizhi is an AI coding assistant that runs on your own computer. This policy explains what it stores on your device, where data may be sent, and what we do and do not collect.
1. What we do not collect
- We do not run an account system. Zhizhi does not require sign-up or sign-in.
- We do not collect, upload, or view your conversations, code, files, command output, or API keys.
- By default Zhizhi includes no analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting components.
2. Data stored on your device
The following stays on your computer and is not accessible to us: conversation history and project information; app settings and window state; the model-provider API keys you enter (saved as files in your user profile); and logs (never uploaded automatically — a log file is only created if you choose "Export logs", and you decide whether to send it to us).
Data is kept under .config\zhizhi, .local\share\zhizhi, .cache\zhizhi in your user profile and in the app data directory. After uninstalling you can delete these folders to remove all data. Please protect your computer from unauthorized access.
3. Where data may be sent
Zhizhi has no server that receives your data. Data is sent only when you configure or trigger it:
- The model provider you choose. Your prompts, conversation context, and any file contents or command output you ask the agent to read are sent to the provider you configured (for example DeepSeek, Alibaba Cloud, OpenAI). That provider processes it under its own terms and privacy policy; we cannot see it. Do not give the model passwords, keys, or other secrets.
- URLs or external tool services (MCP) you ask it to use. Only when you ask the agent to fetch a web page or you configure such a service.
- Web search. When the agent needs real-time information (for example the weather, news or the latest documentation), it uses web search and sends the search keywords to a third-party search service, Exa (exa.ai). If Exa is unavailable, the keywords are sent to Microsoft Bing China (cn.bing.com) instead. The requests are made directly from your PC, not through our servers, and are handled under each service's own privacy policy. This feature is currently on by default; please don't include information in your questions that you don't want sent to a third party.
- Network diagnostics. If connecting to your model service fails, the app may connect to our website (
zhizhi.zzxytech.com) and, if needed, Baidu (www.baidu.com) to check whether security software on your computer is blocking it. These connections only perform a network handshake and don't send your conversations, files or any personal information. - Downloads of open-source tools. On first use of certain language features, the app may download developer tools such as language servers from public open-source release sites (for example GitHub). These requests do not include your conversations or file contents.
- Update checks (direct-download version only). The version installed from our website checks
zhizhi.zzxytech.comfor updates; like any web request, the server can see your IP address, app version, and OS type. The Microsoft Store version is updated by the Store and makes no such request. - Help page. Clicking "Help" opens our help page in your browser.
4. AI-generated content and permissions
- Responses are generated by third-party models and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Please verify them yourself.
- Zhizhi's agent can read and modify files and run commands inside the project folder you choose. By default it asks for your confirmation before running commands or modifying files; you can change this in Settings. Understand the risks before enabling "auto-accept permissions" and back up important files.
5. Children
Zhizhi is intended for developers and adults with programming needs and is not directed to children under 14.
6. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
